Why was the 21 Day Women's Reboot Created?

There is so much information out there on low carb, keto, intermittent fasting and all of their benefits. So much so that it's overwhelming trying to figure out where to even start, let alone what to do... Especially for women.  

We wanted to take the guesswork out of it all and deliver an easy to follow, step by step guide for women on how to Lose Weight, Balance Hormones, Ditch Brain Fog, and Have All of the Energy in the World for their busy lives.

Meet Your Instructors

Sonya Jensen

Dr Sonya Jensen is a Mom of 2 boys, a business owner, a yoga teacher, a workshop leader, a podcaster, an aspiring author and a Women’s Health Expert. After years of working closely with Women and their families her mission and purpose has become clear, to Inspire Women so they can live free and fulfilled lives. She’s a graduate of British Columbia’s Simon Fraser University where she received a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Pulled in the direction of helping others since the age of 5, Dr. Sonya pursued Naturopathic Medicine after University to explore the body’s healing potential and learn how to share it with patients. Her work with Women has taken her to places like Haiti where she assisted a group of Naturopathic doctor students with an organization called Mama Baby Haiti to provide maternal and pediatric health care at a birth centre in Mourne Rouge. This experience solidified for her that her passion lies in working with women and their families. She now runs monthly workshops for Women to support them in all aspects of life. In 2009, Dr. Sonya and her husband Dr. Nicholas Jensen opened Divine Elements Naturopathic Family Wellness in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver, British Columbia where they help clients create lasting changes in their overall health and well-being for the entire family.

Caitlin Czezowski

Dr. Caitlin Czezowski DC, CFMP, CACCP is a doctor of chiropractic, certified functional medicine practitioner, author and speaker with extensive training in women's health, pregnancy and pediatrics. There are 2 things that Dr. Caitlin believes will determine your health. The first is the health of your mouth. Dr. Caitlin’s health took a turn for the worse in her 20’s, and no Doctor could tell her why. It wasn’t until she traced her root cause back to the dental work she had done as a teenager and young adult. Because of this, The Dental Detox was created. The second thing that will determine your health is not only the food that you eat, but also when you eat it. This is where Diet Diversity come in. Teaching people how to go in and out of different diets (low carb, keto, paleo, carnivore) while varying when they eat so they can become metabolically fit. Dr. Caitlin is hugely passionate about finding the root cause of one's health issues and developing a safe and effective plan to reverse their symptoms and restore their quality of life. She does this by working one on one with select individuals along with educating the masses through different self guided programs, group trainings, the Women N Wellness podcast, different speaking engagements and social media avenues.
